Most apps stop at calories and macros. Micron also tracks the vitamins, minerals, omega-3s and fiber behind your energy, immunity and mood — and shows you which foods deliver them.

Every meal becomes a clear card: calories, macros, micronutrients — and what's still left to cover today.

Training, weight, recipes, friends, widgets — everything you open day to day is already in the app.

A serious food database
Everything you need to know about Micron.
For packaged foods, we recommend using the barcode scanner: you get the amounts declared by the manufacturer directly — the most reliable method. At restaurants or for home-cooked meals, take a photo: AI estimates your micronutrients with an excellent overview, even if it's not as precise as a label. Keep in mind that absorption varies per person — nothing replaces a blood test if you need an exact level.
